HOTLAM

These multi-layered films are designed for thermal lamination to rigid sheet stock for thermoformed trays. Sheet manufacturers can add value to simple mono-layer sheets using cost-effective in-line lamination to achieve complex multi-layer structures with seal and barrier layers. Our thermal lamination films are available in two product groups: high gas barrier films and low barrier polyolefin films.

Features and Benefits of our thermal lamination films
  • Production scrap is recyclable.
Significantly cuts costs while protecting the environment.
  • Range of thicknesses, including some of the thinnest films on the market.
Use only the film thickness necessary for the application: cuts costs, lower environmental impact.
  • Different types of lamination layers adhere to PVC, PP, PS, EPS, APET.
Saves time and costs while offering consistent, in-line thermal lamination performance.
  • Seal layers tailored to packaging demands.
